Return Policy. Non-altered or worn product will be either exchanged or given a complete refund within 30 days with the receipt. This includes both crested and un-crested products. After 30 days product that meets the return criteria will be exchanged.

Manufacturing Defect. We reserve the right to inspect the goods to deem if it is a defect in manufacturing or regular wear and tear. If it is repairable this is the first option, if this is not possible then the goods are replaced.

Damaged Goods. See Manufacturing Defects.

Product Guarantee. Under regular wear and tear and given a sample supply of uniform product we will stand behind our product for one school year. See Manufacturing Defect Policy.

Special Requirements. . For special requirements we offer a Made To Measure service by appointment. This service is only offered at our retail store (in Mississauga), our onsite tuck shop, or our manufacturing facility. Delivery for this service is 30 days.

Currency. . Pricing for all goods is in Canadian dollars, taxes excluded. Any applicable taxes or shipping charges will be added during the checkout process
